Structural integration is a deep and intensive massage, and the massage therapist uses fingres, knuckles and elbows to align and balance the body. The treatment is suitable for persons with bad posture, old wounds, cronical ache in neck, shoulders or back, or those with breathing problems.
A full treatment comprises 10 x 80 minute sessions, approximately one treatment per week.
Every treatment session focuses on one part of the body and can be found painful.
There are only some ten Structural Integration therapists in Sweden, and one is Corey Roode at the Ugglapraktiken!
Corey is a trained massage therapist from The Swedish Institute in New York and The Guild for Structural Integration in Colorado.
You should be able to communicate in English to be able to talk to Corey, and get the most out of the treatment.
